The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided. We usually rely on our travel partner to guide us on such things, especially when prior bookings are required. It would be helpful if information about experiences like the Toy Train, cable car, or other popular activities needing advance online booking was communicated beforehand. This would help avoid last-minute issues and ensure a smoother experience. That being said, everything else about the trip was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely book through this partner again in the future!
